Williams is a rather charming young man once you have the courage to break through his rather daunting cold aura. He's rather tall and tends to levitate most of the time. Williams tends to speak in a gentle and nearly whisper like voice. He likes to be clean with his business and does not like flaws if he finds any. He is heartless to those he does not know and worse to those he despises, yet it is rare for him to truly be bothered. Beyond his cold exterior there is a man who is passionate about the smallest things, suggested mostly in nature. Williams uses his own hands and bandages to kill his prey. He still loathes being dirty but carries extra bandages in case he needs to change them. He will judge before he kills, carrying a notebook in which he writes plans if he cannot think of anything. He is careful with his plans and likes being organized and precise. He constantly smiles.

He is quite tall and lean. Williams harbors black hair and his right eye is a bright blue. The other eye is covered by bandages as well as his hands. He wears formal, butler like cloth as his previous occupation was serving a noble family. He's ghastly pale and eerie looking in a way.

Whisper Williams is basically there but not there. Wherever his prey falls, hes always watching. If you are chosen as his victim you are subjected to paranoia. He plays with your thoughts and feelings. You start to hear breaths and whispers building up and turn. Nothing is there. Once you turn around three times and look forwards you will see a pretty man in front of you. He will ask you " Have you seen Charlotte?". If you answer no, he disappears in an eye blink and once you start walking again he will constantly make your paranoia grow. He will play with your mind and make noises and whispers to increase fear. Once on brink of sanity, he will bring you into an eternal darkness where he does his business of severing limbs and gauging eyes out. If you answer yes he will ask you where. If you respond correctly he will disappear into petals and you will never hear from him again. If you answer you didn't know he will do the same as you saying no in the first place.
